Delaware NEMO partners include Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) and Delaware Office of Planning Coordination; municipal and county governments; non profit organizations, including Center for Inland B ays and the Appoquiniminck River Association; and the University of Delaware - Delaware Cooperative Extension, Delaware Water Resource Center, Institute for Public Administration/Water Resources Agency and the Delaware Sea Grant Program.

Delaware NEMO is a member of the National NEMO network, a confederation of programs in more than 30 states. Network members believe that outreach education is an appropriate, flexible, effective and cost-effective method for catalyzing change to local land use policies and practices.
